歐美大熱輕斷食 減脂就靠呢16個鐘

斷食聽上去好似好可怕,係一般人眼中唔食野減肥就一定係唔健康。但2016年醫學生物學諾貝爾得獎主大隅良典,佢就有另外嘅睇法,佢嘅 『細胞自噬』研究發現,細胞係斷營養16小時後會開始自行汰舊換新,或者斷食可能有幫助修復細胞、和返老回春功效!

歐美最近就流行起輕斷食減肥嘅熱潮,普遍分為16/8進食法同52斷食法。52斷食法聽上去比較辛苦,一星期正常食五日,再斷食兩日。而今次想介紹嘅16/8斷食法就比較容易堅持,其實就係每日嘅飲食分配係6-8小時入面完成,另外16小時則不可進食,最輕鬆就係提早晚餐時間,5點鐘前食完早餐,第二朝9點後先食早餐,就可以輕鬆達成。
呢個方法其實好易跟,如果配合健康嘅食物搭配,好快就可以見效,呢種「間歇性斷食法」係健身圈尤其風行,連DJ森美都係靠呢個方法搭配泰拳,3個月瘦咗20磅,成功減脂增肌。
不過大家記住輕斷食減肥唔代表可以放棄早餐,只係將進食間距縮短,比更多時間身體消化,同埋所有減肥方法都要搭配運動先係最有效,減肥之餘要顧及身體健康啊!
